Speaker: Francis Gary Powers, Jr
Mr. Gary Powers, Jr. is the Founder and past Chairman of the The Cold War Museum in Vint Hill, Va. In 2015, he consulted for a Steven Spielberg Cold War thriller, Bridge of Spies, about James Donovan who brokered the 1962 spy exchange between KGB spy Rudolph Abel and CIA U-2 pilot Francis Gary Powers, Sr. He is author of three books, including the 2019 book, "Spy Pilot". He will speak about his famous father's legacy, "from infamy to hero."
